The young teachers in the business ad- ministration major have some problems like insufficient course knowledge reserve, lack of in- structional design capability, poor teaching language skills, low capacity of classroom control and lack of teaching summary and practical experience. The main reasons are weak correlation be- tween scientific research and teaching, low temptation of teaching interests, inadequate invest- ment in teaching, extensive teaching training, emphasis on theory and neglect of practice, forma- lization of teaching and research activities, only reward no punishment of teaching evaluation system and lack of appropriate systems or poor execution for the acquisition of practical expe- rience.
