构建和谐医患关系的探讨 毕业论文 构建和谐医患关系的探讨 ——以哈尔滨医科大学“一死三伤”的血案为例 摘要:随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，虽取得了一定成绩，但也出现了一些不和谐的问题，医患关系的紧张就是当前社会各界关注的热点之一。医患之间缺乏信任，加之当前城乡居民普遍认为的“看病难、看病贵”等社会问题，加重了个人看病的负担，患者把矛头指向了医疗单位，使患者对医疗部门产生怨气，从“八毛门”到“录音门”;从把“活婴当死婴”到医院的暴力流血事件;当前医患之间的矛盾尖锐、冲突时有发生，并且存在暴力行为,而医患之间的这种矛盾和冲突已然成为一种不可忽视的社会问题。如何预防和化解医患纠纷和冲突，建立正确的医患关系是事关社会和谐的大事，也是医院、病患及社会各界义不容辞的责任。 和谐社会是我们一贯的追求, 而构建和谐的医患关系是走向和谐社会的必经之路，因此从现实中探索化解医患矛盾，改善医患关系的途径，对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的现实意义。本文用哈尔滨医科大学“一死三伤”的案例探讨了构建和谐医患关系的重要性和迫切性，进而提出构建和谐的医患关系建议。 关键词:医患关系 和谐 沟通 理解 信任 I Discussion on building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship —Harbin Medical University -- Taking one death and three injuries murder case Abstract: with the development of Chinas medical and health system reform unceasingly thorough, although obtained certain result, but also appeared a few disharmonious problems, doctor-patient relationship tense is the current focus of attention. Loss of trust between doctors and patients, and the current urban and rural residents generally think of difficult to see a doctor, see a doctor expensive and other social issues, add to the personal doctor patient burden, pointing to a medical unit, enabling patients to medical sector generated resentment, from eight hairs door to door recording; from live births when dead baby to the hospitals violent bloodshed; current doctor-patient contradictions, conflicts have occurred, and violence, and the contradiction and conflict between doctors and patients has become a social problem that can not be ignored. How to prevent and resolve disputes and conflicts, establish the correct relationship between doctors and patients is related to social harmony event, but also the hospital, patients and the community responsibility. II The harmonious society is our consistent pursuit, and to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship is harmonious society the only way which must be passed, so from the reality of exploring and solving the contradictions between doctors and patients, impro
