摘要 智能工厂系统为半导体制造提供了完整的工厂自动化解决方案。随着现代工 业的发展，繁多的自动化生产流程、越来越复杂的控制、工厂越来越频繁的技术 升级、规模改造和流程更改，需要为智能工厂系统提供建模数据管理模块，以实 现快速配置、部署升级新的系统，降低人力成本和提高生产效率。 本文首先介绍智能工厂的结构与功能，重点阐述了建模数据管理系统的功能 及在智能工厂中的重要作用，明确了建模数据管理系统设计与实现的意义。立足 于项目实际需要，对建模数据管理系统进行需求分析，并对其相关技术 XML、 COM+进行讨论。然后对建模数据管理系统进行模块划分及功能方法的设计，主要 包括概要设计、模块设计以及接口设计。在此基础上，对其中的数据类型设计模 块、数据解析模块、数据配置模块、数据升级模块、数据纠错模块、日志模块进 行了详细设计，并给出了具体实现过程。最后对整个系统进行了集成测试，并给 出相关模块的部分测试用例与结果，完成了整个系统的开发。 目前本文所实现的系统已经集成在智能工厂系统中，用于智能工厂的系统部 署与维护。 关键词：XML COM+ SmartFactory 建模数据管理 数据回滚 Abstract SmartFactory provides a complete Factory Automation Solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing. With the development of modern industry, the variety of automated production process, the complexity of the control, the more frequency of technology upgrades, scale transformation and process change in factories, SmartFactory system should provide Modeling Data Management module for fast configuration deployment of new systems to reduce labor costs and increase productivity. Firstly, the paper describes the structure and function of SmartFactory, focuses on the functions and the important role of Modeling Data Management system, and clears the significance of Modeling Data Management system which would be designed and implemented. Based on the actual needs of the project, the paper analyzes the requirement of Modeling Data Management system, and discusses its related technologies XML, COM +. Then divides the Modeling Data Management system into modules and designs the functions, including outline design, module design and interface design. Based on these, the design module of the data type, the data resolution module, the data configuration module, the data update module, the data error correction module, and log module are designed and implemented specifically.
