Step2: Teaching 1a Show some pictures to teach the words and phrases. Give the Ss one minute to say the words and phrases,then say them in group and keep the score in group. Ask the Ss to have a look and find the difference between them. For example: go and going, watch and watching, do and doing, etc. Then ask the Ss read these V-ing words after the teacher and read together. Match the words and the activities.I show the pictures.Then, I ask questions: --What are you doing? ––I am listening to a CD… Show the picture in 1a to the students.?   T: T is a happy apartment.
