毕业设计说明书论文(全套CAD图纸) QQ PAGE 摘 要 本次设计是围绕节能、环保热点来展开研究，设计了由PLC系统控制，液压系统来完成动作的垃圾压榨机。 本次课题选用液压传动来作为其动作装置，具有传统的液压传动的优势，如稳定性好，传动效率高。同时，也在系统中加入了监测压力表等设备，更好的保证了系统能稳定的运行，同时也为维修提供了方便。在设计过程中，通过要求的压力及流量等，选择了当今标准液压器件，以保证一旦设备出现故障，以便更换器件，保证工作连续性。 由于此次设计的垃圾压榨机工作环境比较差，需要的适应性强，可靠性高，抗干扰能力强的控制系统，所以本次课题的控制系统采用的是C20P系列PLC。C20P输入输出继电器点数为20点其中输入继电器12点，输出继电器为8点。其中3个输入点由行程开关控制，来保证动作位置。急停，启动，停止各一个输入点，还有一个压力继电器来控制快进转工进的动作过程。输出继电器用来控制电磁阀的电磁铁。 关键字：液压系统 垃圾处理 压榨机 PLC ABSTRACT This issue is a focus on energy saving, environmental protection and hot spots to expand the research, design by the PLC control system, hydraulic system to complete the movement of waste crushing machines.
