摘 摘 要 i iii 功能翻译理论是在大学译员培训中发展形成的，它是一种规范性的评估理论, 它可以对文本所 处文化情景中的翻译功能进行鉴定，还可以指导专业翻译者进行翻译训练。在这一理论指导下，不 但能使翻译者翻译出好的作品，还可以帮助译者对译作使用者和委托人提出的异议做出充分合理的 辩解。 论文对功能翻译理论进行了回顾，在功能翻译理论的框架内对英汉、汉英经济新闻翻译中存在 的编译现象进行了详细的分析。文中使用的分析模式由四步构成，提供翻译要求、源语文本与目的 语文本分析、翻译问题分析最后分析译者如何用编译技巧来解决翻译问题。通过对样本的分析，作 者希望翻译学习者从中得到启发、掌握翻译技巧，并能把这种功能翻译理论与方法应用到翻译实践 中去。 论文由五章构成。第一章是序言，介绍了研究的背景、意义以及论文的结构。第二章是文献综 述，对相关理论、经济新闻翻译以及编译的研究进行了回顾，指出这些研究还远远不够，有待更多 学者在这些领域进行更多、更深入的研究。第三章是论文的理论框架，主要介绍了德国的功能翻译 理论，其中包括赖斯的文本类型说、弗米尔的目的论和诺德的功能加忠诚理论。第四章是论文的主 体，作者用功能翻译理论对两篇经济新闻翻译样本中的编译现象进行了详细的分析。第五章是文章 的结论，作者对翻译要求影响经济新闻编译进行了总结，指出本论文的局限性，并针对该领域的研 究提出了一些建议。 关键词：功能翻译理论; 经济新闻; 翻译; 编译; Ab Abstract ii ii Since functionalist approaches and theories draw on practical experience of the translation profession, and have developed mainly within university translator-training institutions, they are normative or evaluative to the extent that they include the evaluation of translations with regard to their functionality in a given situation-in-culture. With the approaches and theories, future professional translators could be trained not only to produce good translations satisfying their customers’ needs, but also to find good arguments to defend their products against unjustified criticism from clients and users. In this thesis, the author systemically introduced the basic views in German functionalism. Within the framework of functionalist theories, various adaptations existing in C-E and E-C economic news translation were analyzed. The analysis mode includes four steps: assignment with a translation brief, source-text and target text analysis, translation problems analysis, and problem solving with specific techniques of adaptation. From the analysis of these samples, translator trainees should acquire insights and regularities ，and then apply those insights to any other text or translation task they may be confronted with in professional life.
