摘要 摘 要 随着 Internet 的迅速发展，新信息、新产品每天都在不断被放上 Web，同时， 用户的种类、数量和关注点也在增加。一方面，用户从浩瀚如烟的信息中找到自 己需要的信息越来越困难；另一方面，Web 站点的服务商也在不断设法获取用户 的兴趣爱好，以提高网站的服务质量。个性化技术就是可以解决上述两个问题的 一种有效的手段。 本文在讨论概念格理论以及 Web 日志挖掘各环节关键技术的基础上，主要完 成如下工作： 1．针对传统的增量挖掘算法不能同时解决数据库和最小支持度同时发生变化 的问题，本文提出了将概念格理论应用于 Web 日志挖掘的模式发现，研究了基于 概念格的关联规则的增量挖掘，提出了一种从最大频繁项集产生所有强关联规则 的优化方法，减少了模式发现中频繁项集的发现时间和不必要的规则的产生，从 而提高了模式发现的效率。 2．将基于概念格的 Web 日志挖掘方法应用于电子商务网站中，针对不同的 用户进行个性化推荐，来促进电子商务网站的发展。本文给出了电子商务个性化 推荐系统的系统结构，并实现了个性化推荐引擎的每个模块，为电子商务网站个 性化推荐问题的解决提供了一种方法。 关键词：Web 日志挖掘 概念格 关联规则 个性化推荐 Abs Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet，accumulated data are exponential increasing. New information and new products are continuously put on the web every day. Meanwhile, users’ categories, quantities and concerns are increasing continuously. To many users, it is getting harder and harder to find the information they need from the vast body of information data. On the other hand, service providers of the webs are trying to improve their service quality through acquiring their users’ interests. Recommender system is an efficient way of solving the two problems mentioned above. The Concept Lattices theory and the key techniques of Weblog mining are discussed in this thesis. The main work in this thesis is summarized as follows. 1． Against the fact that traditional incremental mining algorithms are incapable when database and minimum supports change simultaneously, the Concept Lattices theory is applied to pattern discovery of Weblog mining in this thesis. The incremental mining of the Association Rule based on the Concept Lattices is studied and an optimization method, which generates all strong Association Rules from the maximum frequent item sets, is proposed. The method decreases the discovery time of the frequent item sets in pattern discovery and avoids successfully the generation of unnecessary rules, which improves the efficiency of pattern discovery. 2． The Weblog mining method based on the Concept Lattices
