PAGE PAGE 1 如何激发和扶持”大家”参与中学口述历史 天祝一中口述历史试点计划之反思 冯发科 蒋国栋 徐世乾 雷发成 摘要：2009－2012年,天祝一中师生在青树教育基金会的资助和指导下，实施了为期3年的口述历史试点计划, 从一开始“做中学”建立工作流程和熟悉口述历史实务, 到形成选修性校本课程《口述历史讲座》和口述历史学生研习社, 及各口述历史专题开始以独立小型项目的形式进行运作。中学口述历史的参与群体为教师、 学生、受访对象, 广义层面上还包括参与口述历史展示和交流的社区。 天祝一中口述历史试点计划其规划的核心任务是如何激发和扶持这些群体参与到口述历史中来, 而最终形成的运作流程不仅包含对口述历史产品的形成性质量控制和存档, 而且包含了对参与群体的激发和扶持的规范化。从这样一个角度审视试点计划的规划,更容易洞察其经验和不足。 本文即从教师和学生的发动、 组织和培训,以及受访者和社区的联结、激发、和互动角度,对试点项目的规划进行了回顾和反思,为进一步推动本校口述历史的发展提供了思路，同时也对青树作为指导方和学校在激发和扶持相关群体上的分工进行了思考。 关键词：中学口述历史 激发参与 发动组织 社区联结 How to Stimulate and Support Peopleto Join in The Secondary School Oral History Projects Rethinking of the Pilot Program of Oral History of Tianzhu No One Middle School Fake Feng, Guodong Jiang, Shiqian Xu, Facheng Lei Under the guidance and the financial assistance provided by Evergreen Education Fund, the teachers and students in Tianzhu middle school have carries out oral history pilot project starting from 2009 to 2012. Starting with a “Learning While Doing” principle, we built the working procedure at first, and then we set up an optional course Oral History Lecture and seminars for students. And at last some special topic of oral history began operating in small independent projects. The participants in the projects including teachers, students and interviewee .The demonstration and exchange community, in a broad sense, are taking part in it as well. The core of the pilot projects is how to stimulate and support people to join in it and work out a procedure for it. These procedures should not only including the quality control and documentation work for the oral history production but also the standard of stimulating and supporting people to join it. From this perception, it is will be easier to gain experience and find out the disadvantages of the project for us.
