The age was accordance whether the tithyroid autoantibodies were positive or not. The differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion： There is a significant correlation between tithyroid autoantibodies and RSA, the positive rates of tithyroid autoantibodies, thyroglobulin antibodies and thyroperoxidase antibodies are higher significantly, quantitate level of thyroperoxidase antibodies is higher, and tithyroid autoantibody positive is a independent risk factor. There are no relationship between tithyroid autoantibody and the other factors such as abnormal thyroid function, maternal age, abortion number, the period of abortion, whether normal labor in RSA or not and so on . There are also no relationship between antithyroid antibody, anticardiolipin antibody, antisemen antibody and endometrium antibody.
