PAGE ... ** ** 心智与计算, Vol.4,No.3(2010), 文章编号:MC - 2010-03 收稿日期:2010-09-15 出版日期:20 ? 2007 MC– 厦门大学信息科学与技术学院 初一学生的心理韧性和心理健康的关系研究 张仕超 (山东师范大学心理学院, 山东 济南250014 ) zhangshichao_09@126.com 【摘要】 目的:了解本地区初一学生的心理韧性状况、心理健康的状况及其关系。方法:采用中国中学生心理健康量表和青少年心理韧性量表对山东济南213名初一学生进行了测量。结果:(1)初一学生的心理健康整体状况基本良好,心理正常和有轻度心理问题的人数占总人数的95.77%。男生的学习压力感边缘显著高于女生。(2)在情绪控制子量表上,男生显著高于女生。在积极认知子量表上,女生显著高于男生。在家庭支持子量表上,女生边缘显著高于男生。(3)心理韧性与心理健康存在显著的正相关。(4)学生的情绪控制、家庭支持和目标专注正向预测他们的心理健康。结论:心理韧性对心理健康具有一定的预测作用,培养初一学生的心理韧性有助于提高其心理健康水平。 【关键词】 初一学生;心理韧性;心理健康 中图分类号:B844.2 文献标识码:A The Relationship between resilience and mental health of Grade One ZHANG Shi-chao (School of Psychology, Shandong Normal University, Jinan 250014, China) 【Abstract】Objective:To explore the relationship between resilience and mental health of Grade one middle school students. Methods :213 Grade one middle school students were tested by MMHI and the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents. Results:(1) The overall status of mental health of Grade one middle school students is good. The total number of students with normal and mild mental problems is 204; the rate of students with normal and mild mental problems was 95.77%. The scores of male students are marginally significantly higher than female students in the learning pressure feeling. (2) The scores of male students are significantly higher than female students in the subscale of emotional control. The scores of female students are significantly higher than male students in the subscale of positive cognition. The scores of female students are marginally significantly higher than male students in the subscale of family support There are no gender difference in the subscale of Goal attention and Interpersonal assist (3) There was significant positive correlation between resilience and factors of mental health. (4) Emotional control, goal attention and family support of Grade one middle school students positively predict their mental health. Conclusi
