摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 21 世纪以来，随着全社会经济的不断发展，建设施工在国民经济中所占的比 例越来越大，现阶段已经成为了支柱产业。因为建设施企业受到了全社会的关注， 其压力也越来越大。为了能够迎接各方面的挑战，适应新的市场环境，施工企业 最先要做的就是要提高企业内部的管理水平，这样才能使企业不断发展。建设工 程合同是一个工程项目的灵魂，所以如果建设工程企业想提高企业自身内部的管 理水平，首先就需要提高对建设工程合同的管理水平。 本文采用面向对象的软件设计思想，结合作者在实际建设施工企业的需求调 研，设计并实现了符合我国国情的建设工程合同管理系统。本文在设计和实现过 程中主要做了以下几个工作： （1）对系统的研究背景和国内外现状进行了分析，了解了现有合同管理系统 的设计和功能。 （2）对开发时所使用的相关技术进行了学习，主要包括 B/S 结构、.NET 框 架和 ADO.NET 技术，为以后系统的实现打下基础。 （3）对系统进行了需求分析和可行性分析，提出了系统的整体设计目标。 （4）对系统进行了设计，主要包括系统的概要设计和详细设计。在设计过程 中，主要完成了系统的整体架构、功能模块和数据库结构的设计。 （5）对系统进行了实现和测试。在系统实现时，主要对系统的关键功能的实 现情况进行了介绍，通过文字、图片和代码的方式详细介绍了系统登录、权限管 理、数据管理和合同管理的实现方法。最后通过白盒测试和黑盒测试的方法对系 统进行了测试。测试结果表明，系统能够满足建设施工企业对合同管理的需要。 关键词：合同管理，建设施工，数据库，权限管理 AB ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT Since twenty-first Century, with the continuous development of social economy, the construction makes up a growing percentage in the national economy accounting and has become a pillar industry. Because the construction enterprises have been the concern of the whole society, the pressure of them is also growing. In order to meet various challenges, adapt to the new market environment, the construction enterprises should first do is to improve the management level of enterprises, and only in this way can make the enterprise develop continuously. The contract for construction project is a soul of the project, so if construction enterprises want to improve enterprise management level, first of all need to improve the management level of construction project contract. This paper uses the object-oriented software design thought, and combined with the research in the actual construction enterprise, design and implementation of the construction project contract management system in line with Chinas national conditions.
