24 - 本科学生毕业设计 双层畜禽运输车的改装设计 院系名称： 汽车与交通工程学院 专业班级： 车辆工程 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree Design of Double Livestock Transporters Modified Candidate：Zhu Qinghe Specialty：Vehicle engineering Class： B07-2 Supervisor：Associate Prof. Su Qingyuan Heilongjiang Institute of Technology PAGE II 摘 要 随着我国国民经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高。人们对禽类、肉类制品的需求量急剧增加。而畜禽的养殖场地远离市区，这样就需要将鲜活畜、禽运输到指定地点。因此畜禽运输车的市场需求量也较大。为了能够同时运输禽类和中大型动物，满足消费者和养殖业者的需要，并且从大幅度的提高运输效率、降低运输成本、减少运输途中的货损和货差，提高运输的安全性和减少污染保护环境的方面考虑，设计制造双层畜禽运输车成为专用汽车发展道路上的一项重要任务。 首先分析了现在畜禽运输车的现状和不足之处，明确了双层畜禽运输车的主要优点。在此基础上，通过对整体方案的分析选择、举升机构的计算校核、液压系统的选择与设计、辅助装置的选择与设计及对整车的性能分析，利用CAD软件绘制出二维图形。最后设计出的双层畜禽运输车能够满足工艺合理、小批量加工容易、成本低、可靠性高的加工和使用要求。 关键词：双层；运输；畜禽；改装；设计  ABSTRACT Along with the development of our national economy and improvement of peoples living standard.
