By comparing with similar enterprises home and abroad and investigating the internal operation of the company itself, the study analyzes the inventory parts of the supply chain management of M Chain Drugstore Ltd from the internal and external aspects. Firstly, the study analyzes the current situation of the commodity inventories during a specific period. From the point of commodity category management, it analyzes the inventory status of all kinds of goods.
