The so-called economic development mode transformation, mainly realize two transformations: the transition from manufacturing to innovation; from investment driven to consumption driven transformation. The transformation of the mode of economic development is a state of economic transition, the development of cultural industry promotes to change the way of economic development. The cultural industry depends on knowledge capital production of cultural products and services and the formation of economic activities, knowledge capital is helpful to promote the innovation of cultural products, push the culture of consumption and investment further.
