摘要 摘要 M川川，，阳刷刷4 M川川，， 阳刷刷4， 刷刷刷咱 ， 恻恻唰nu 阳 州州RAW 恻川川00 恻恻唰阳1· 脚唰Y 摘要 网络环境下高校师生的倍息需求呈现出多样化、个性化、专业化的趋势， 高校图书馆的传统服务已无法满足用户的信息需求。固书馆个性化信息服务便 在这样的背景下应时而生。个性化信息服务不仅要求图书馆要根据用户明确的 个性化要求提供信息服务，还要求图书馆需深入分析用户的信息使用行为、习 惯、偏好、特点及用户特定的需求来发现其潜在需求并主动为他们提供需要的 服务。 本文采用了文献分析法、网络调查法、问卷调资法、对比分析法及统计分 析法。首先通过文献分析法系统地研究了个性化信息服务的理论，包括个性化 信息服务产生的背景、国内外个性化信息服务研究现状、高校图书馆个性化信 息服务的内涵、特点、高校图书馆开展个性化信息服务的必要性、意义及模式; 然后来用网络调查法和对比分析法对江西省六所高校图书馆开展个性化信息服 务的现状进行了综合分析:采用问卷调查法对馆员个性化信息服务认知及读者 个性化信息服务需求进行了调查研究:分别从馆员、读者、图书馆五个层面指 出当前省内高校图书馆个性化信息服务的不足之处，并针对这蜡问题提出了提 升高校图书馆个性化倍息服务水平的相应对策，以期对省内高校图书馆开展个 f 性化信息服务提供参考与借鉴。 关键词 z 高校图书馆:个性化信息服务:江西省高校;问卷调查法 ABS ABST民ACT ABSTRACT h 也e network environment teachers and s阳dents need more and more diversification， individuation and professional information.
