捅要服务业的发展状况与发展水平，是衡量一个国家和地区经济发展水平的重 捅要 服务业的发展状况与发展水平，是衡量一个国家和地区经济发展水平的重 要标志，也反映了一个国家和地区经济的发展阶段。江苏是我国东南沿海地区 经济较为发达的省份之一，近年来服务业发展也取得了长足的进步，为江苏经 济的迅速崛起做出了突出贡献。但是江苏服务业发展依然存在诸多问题，例如 江苏服务业竞争力不强、结构不尽合理、服务业发展呈现地区间严重不平衡等 问题。由于江苏服务业的以上特点使得江苏服务业的发展在我国各省市服务业 发展中，具有相当的代表性，对江苏服务业现状、问题和竞争力及影响因素的 研究可以成为我国服务业研究的缩影和样本。因此，对江苏服务业问题的研究， 有着较为重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本文研究立足于江苏省服务业发展现状，确定服务业竞争力评价标准并构 建评价指标体系，通过多元统计中的因子分析法测算出包括江苏在内的全国31 个省、市、自治区服务业竞争力德分，找出影响服务业竞争力的主要因素，将 江苏省服务业竞争力得分与其他省份进行比较，找出其优势与差距所在，同时 也可以大体了解我国服务业发展的基本状况，进一步利用计量经济学的方法研 究影响江苏服务业发展水平的主要因素并给出合理的对策建议，这对提升江苏 服务业竞争力水平具有积极的现实意义，也为江苏省服务业的发展提供了客观 依据和理论基础。 关键词：服务业、竞争力、因子分析、服务业竞争力 AbstractThe Abstract The situation and level of the development of service industry not only play an important rote in measuring the level of economic development but also show the stage in the process of economic development in a country and an area．Jiangsu province，ofwhich service industry have made more progress in recent years，is one of developed provinces in southeast coast in China and its service industry have made more distinct contribution to its economic development．However，there exist many problems in service industry of Jiangsu province， such as poor competitiveness in this area， irrational structure， serious inequity in the development of different areas and SO on．These problems make the service industry of Jiangsu province have typical representation in service industry in China． Moreover，the research of present situation，problems， competitiveness and influential factors of service industry of Jiangsu province Can be a miniature and sample of the research of the national service industry．Therefore，the research of service industry of Jiangsu province is of fruitful theoretical value and practical meanings， Based on the present situation of service industry of Jiangsu province，this paper established the evaluation standard of competitiveness of service industry and evaluation index system，got the scores of competitiveness of service indu
