工程硕士学位论文 工程硕士学位论文 江苏省服务业标准化信息平台建设项目的规划与实施 IIll 1 11 l Ul IIBIIIIlllllU II III 摘 要 Y30451 28 服务业的发展水平是衡量现代社会经济发达程度的重要标志，而标准化则是推动服 务业发展的基础性技术支撑。我国政府对服务业标准化非常重视，国家“十一五”规划纲 要明确指出，要“健全服务业标准体系，推进服务业标准化”。实践证明，服务业标准化 对转变增长方式、减少资源能源消耗、促进服务业快速健康发展，起到了不可或缺的作 用。本论文以江苏省服务标准信息平台建设项目为背景，运用信息系统规划和项目管理 的相关理论方法，对本项目的规划和实施展开相关研究。 本论文在总结服务业信息化相关研究和应用现状的基础上，阐述了平台建设的相关 的理论和方法，包括服务业标准信息服务平台的概念、信息系统规划的方法和流程、计 划控制常见的方法等。论文围绕江苏省推进服务业标准化的现实需求，着重于江苏服务 业标准化的现状、服务业标准化信息平台业务流程、需求特点、平台的目标等几方面对 项目进行需求分析。通过需求分析，提出了服务业标准化信息平台的规划方案，包括： 设计原则、信息平台的功能、计划、进度和控制方案等。最后结合项目的实施，提出了 具体的实施方案以及实施效果的评价方法。本论文为江苏省服务业标准信息化平台建设 项目的决策提供了参考。 关键词：服务业标准化；信息平台规划；项目实施 万方数据 Abstract Abstract 工程硕士学位论 Abstract An important sign of measuring the degree of economy development in modem society is the development of servicing industry．Standardization is the basic technical support of pushing the servicing industry to develop．Our government pays highly attention on standardization of servicing industry．The abstract of‘‘the Eleventh Five”scheme explicitly pointed out，that the standard system of servicing industry needs to be complete and in turn it will push the industry to develop．Practically proved that the standardization of servicing industry plays a vital part in changing the way of economy increase，decreasing resource consumption and improving servicing industry to quickly and healthily develop． with the background of construction project of standardized information service platform of Jiangsu，with reference to information system scheme and related theory on project management，this article did related research on the planning and operating of the project．This essay researched based on construction project of standardized information service platform of Jiangsu．On the basis of summarizing related study and application of s
