摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 进入20世纪90年代末期，我国商品从卖方市场转向买方市场，农产品生 产进入结构性相对过剩时期，农业和农村经济进入了一个新的发展阶段。目前， 我国J下处于加入WTO后的过渡期，农业正面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。江西 作为农业大省，发挥农业比较优势，优化农业产业布局，加快优势农产品产区 建设，继续推进农业结构战略性调整，是加快农村经济发展和提升农产品竞争 力的重要战略举措，也是农业增效、农民增收的重要途径。为了进一步解决江 西省“三农”问题，实现江西省在中部崛起的宏伟目标，本文基于比较优势理 论、区域分工理论和产业结构演变理论，对江西省农业结构现状及其面临的问 题、江西农业产值结构变化的趋势、江西省农业结构调整的制约因素等方面进 行分析，并在此基础上提出了进一步发挥江西省农业比较优势，继续加快推进 江西农业结构战略性调整的对策建议。 关键词：结构调整；现状与问题；制约因素：对策；结构性过剩 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Our merchandise market is changed from seller market to buyer market after 1 990s，when agricultural products are structurally overproduced，at the same time the economy in agriculture industry and countryside enters into a new stage．Currently we are in the transformation period of our entry into WTO，SO agriculture industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities．As a main agdcultural province，it is important for Jiangxi to exert Our agricultural comparative advantage，to perfect Our agricultural industrial array,to speed up construction of agricultural products producing area,and to promote the structure adjustment of agriculture continuously, which ale key measures to speed up agricultural development and to advance the competitive capability of agricultural products，moreover which are crucial ways to boost up agriculture efficiency and farmers’incomes． For the aim to solve the problem of agriculture，countryside and countryman in Jiangxi and to realize the goal of our prominent development in middle part of China, this article makes use of the theory of comparative advantage，the theory of area division and the theory of industry structure evolution to analyze the current situation of agricultural industry structure in Jiangxi，the trend of structural variation of agricultural value and the influencing extent of the total value of agriculture，forestry and fish on countrymen’S incomes，as well as the limiting factors of the structural adjustment of agriculture in Jiangxi and SO on．At last it ends with structural counter
