11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1849462 摘要 摘要 随着倍息技术的进一步发展，世界上很多国家和地区的政府都加强了对政 府资源的开发利用。一方面，积极发展罔家信息基础设施:另…方面，致力于 政府信息化，利用信息技术构建电子政府。 为提高江西省党政部门公文传输效率、提高会议报送速度、加强党政各部 门之间的信息效率，省委省政府决定建设党政办公业务资源网以满足党政各部 门之间的信息化需求。由于该系统业务复杂、覆蘸范围广、协调部门多，在网 络前期做了大量的调研工作，为网络的顺利建设打下了良好的基础。 在此次网络项目建设中，针对党政办公业务资源的的网络构建，通过合理 的技术手段对整个网络进行优化。主要体现在: 1、核心路由辑上行链路采用双 线路上联，并实现动态路由自动切换; 2、内部竟要服务器及用户到核心路由设 备的 VRRP 备份; 3、党政办公业务资源网的嵌套MPLS VPN; 4、网络平台的 建设及整体网络的相关规划。其中用户端动态路由自动切换和嵌套 MPLS VPN 是首次在江西省政务内网得到应用的新技术。这两项技术前期在实验室进行了 大量的测试，对各个主流网络厂商的设备均进行了对接测试，摸索出了各个厂 商路由设备的差异性，找到了解决办法，最终达到网络所需达到的理想效果。 此次网络工程的建设，将实现骨干网络设备和传输线路的双备份，并且对 意要用户以及服务器的接入线路也实现了冗余，为党政办公业务资源网的正常 运行提供了更有力的保障。 关键词z 党政办公:如1P LS 嵌套:动态路由切换: 111 111 IV IV ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Wi由世le 臼rther development of information technology，由.e worlds governments in many countries and regions have s位engthened the development and utilization of government reso田ces.
