AbstractThe Abstract The areas ofwaterlogginglandwere about 7．64×10’hra‘in Jian}ghallPlain．correspondto 40．6％ofall farming areas．Despite there are the abundance natural resources and the advantage of geographic location， became ofa great deal ofthe waterlogging land．the agricultural prodactivity M燃also not high and instability so much as tempestuously undulation，and the degenerate trend of ecological environment was very obvious ln this areas．Based on the amount loformation coming from the瓣01 trials，some field investigafions and annals datum，and exerted the methods ofmicrocosmic combining macroscopic and system analysis，the paper studied the characters ofagricultural ecosystem in waterlogging area,then discussed the ecological priocipium of restoration and rebuilding for the watedogging ecosystem，and put forward tim approach and technology model about the ecological restoration and resoI|fces utilization for the waterlngging land,so attain to the two aims of preventing and decreasing the disaster and regulating of farming structure。朝w results were as follows： (1)The formation reasons of the waterlogging land in Jianghan Plain were the special gcographieal position，not Ievel landforms，the special change of climate and hydrology and the artificial factors,for example。the ex∞sslve reclaiming land from the lake and the毪田蟹啪靠able farming system．The mostly characteristic of waterlogging ecosystem in Jianghau Plain were about：the frequency ofclimate change was becoming big,the distribution ofrainfall in a year was becoming more not uniformity；the emergence of waterlogging and be soiled was going with together,and either the waterlogging or aridity were existing in this area；the water was becoming of low quailty；the trend of soil gleyization and lake swat[Iping were also continuing，and the availability ofnutrient was becoming little；the degraded trend ofbiology reSOUrCes was appearing，the soil productivity was also declining；the amount ofrelative poor population was increasi
