摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 教育信息化在当下国家信息化发展的大环境中起着重要的作用，超前部署 教育信息网络在新颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中被提及， 可见教育信息化将是当前教育热点。在《江西省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲 要(2010-2020)》当中明确指出：“以广播电视大学开放教育为基础，整合教育资 源，办好开放大学”。江西广播电视大学作为江西特色的远程教育机构，坚持“以 质量求生存，以特色求发展，以创新求未来”的发展理念，大力改进校园基础 设施、校园网络平台建设，提升远程教学服务效率，主动适应和融入江西经济 社会发展。 本论文以江西广播电视大学校园建设为背景，以建设江西开放大学为契机， 从智慧校园的需求出发，对学校校园网建设、规划进行了阐述。在具体设计上， 以校园监控、云教室为例，充分考虑学校远程教育环境，体现了智慧校园特征。 本人完成的主要工作如下： （1）分析高校数字化现状以及云计算在现今教育技术中的应用。 （2）对江西广播电视大学校园网进行了充分调查与研究，归纳校园网的整 体需求，结合学校实际情况，做出校园网设计规划方案。 （3）分析了学校网络面临的安全威胁，做出校园网安全保障设计方案。 （4）研究监控系统理论，设计校园监控系统，实现和谐平安校园。 （5）设计云教室系统，实现互联互通、内容共享，物理与虚拟结合的教学 环境。 （6）设计学校网络平台与学习资源库建设方案，为构建江西终身教育体系 和建设学习型社会的做出贡献。 本论文的研究在一定程度上可以提升江西广播电视大学信息化校园建设， 为学校的行政管理、教学科研等工作服务，同时也为兄弟院校智慧校园建设提 供实践指导与参考。 关键词：信息化建设；智慧校园；教育技术 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Educational information plays a vital role in the environment of the current national development. The deployment of educational information network is mentioned in the newly promulgated Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, therefore, educational information will be the current education hotspot. In the long-term education reform and development in Jiangxi Plan (2010-2020), it is clearly state that: based on the Open Education of Radio and TV University educational resources are integrated and the Open university should be developed . Jiangxi Radio and Television University as the featured distance education institutions of Jiangxi, adhere to the development concept quality for survival, characteristics for development, innovation for the future, and vigorously improving the campus infrastructure, the campus network platform, and the efficiency of distance learning services and taking the initiative to adapt and integrate into the Economic and Social Development of Jiangxi province.
