中文摘要本文重点研究建筑施工企业施工阶段质量控制。施工阶段质量控制是工程项 中文摘要 本文重点研究建筑施工企业施工阶段质量控制。施工阶段质量控制是工程项 目全过程质量控制的关键环节，工程质量很大程度上决定于施工阶段质量控制。 施工阶段的质量控制是一个由对投入的资源和条件的质量控制，进而对施工过程 及各环节质量进行控制，直到对所完成的工程产出品的质量检验与控制为止的全 过程的系统控制过程。 本文详细论述了建筑工程项目质量控制的方法一全面质量管理方法，阐述了 全面质量管理的特点、基本思想和基本方法。在研究建设工程质量控制基本方法 和理论的基础上，结合工程实例对质量控制问题进行了探讨。 本文重点论述了锦州石化公司苯乙烯装置土建工程施工的质量控制方法及全 面质量管理方法的应用，分别从影响建筑工程项目质量的五大因素进行分析和实 践应用。此外利用质量控制的基本工具一直方图、排列图、因果分析图，对锦州 石化公司苯乙烯土建工程施工中混凝土质量做出了定性的分析、评价和质量改进。 关键词：施工阶段、全面质量管理、 工程项目、质量控制 AB AB STRACT This papers point is researching the quantity control of building enterprise on construction stage．Quality control of construction stage is key link of construction item of the whole process．The construction quality is decided by construction stage contr01． The quality management in construction stage is a systematic control process，which includes the first quality control of resource and qualification，the next quality control of work progress，and final production quality test． In this paper,the method of quality management was expatiated，which is called total quality management(TQM)．Then，the character,concept frame and research method of total quality management were stated．In this text,the basic method and theory of quality control of construction engineering quality control are studied by combining the project instance． The quality control method and the appl ication of total quality management in work progress of construction of Jin zhou petrochemical company styrene Equipment were discussed detailedly．And in the operaiion，the quality control was applied in the aspects of 5M，and the results were analysed in the same aspects．In addition，the basal tools of quality control，including bar graph，fermutation chart and case and effect diagram，were used tO make qualitative analysis，eval uate and improve the quality of concrete of construction of Jin zhou petrochemical company styrene Equipment Key words：construction stage，total quality management(TQM)， engineering item，quality contr01． 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论
