摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 党的十八大报告中１９次提及信息化，并把＂信息化＂上升到了国家战 略． 从国内、国际先进水路运输管理经验来看，水路运输的快速健康发展必须 要结合信息化的建设同步进行。以信息化建设促进水路运输发展，水路运输发 展的同时稳步推进信息化建设。因此，加快江西水路运输信息化建设势在必行。 江西水路运输信息化过程中的管理问题日益突出阻碍了信息化的发展。本 论文借鉴国内外水路运输管理机构信息化管理的经验，通过对江西水路运输信 息化中的管理问题进行梳理，从法律制度、领导观念、利益冲突、信息系统实 用性等多方面剖析产生问题的原因，最后从完善规章制度、健全组织机构、做 好总体规划、转变管理模式、提高意识及水平等方面提出了解决江西水路运输 信息化中管理问题的一些对策及建议。 关键词：水路运输管理；信息化管理；管理效率 I Abst Abstract ABSTRACT 19 times eighteen big reports of the party mentioned in information, and the informatization rose to national strategies. To promote the development of waterway transport by informatization construction, development of waterway transport and steadily push forward the informatization construction. Therefore, to speed up the Jiangxi waterway transportation informatization construction be imperative. Management process of Jiangxi waterway transportation information management is increasingly outstanding in the hindered the development of information. The thesis from the information management of domestic waterway transport management institution experience, through sorting out the management problems of Jiangxi waterway transportation management information technology, analyzed the cause of the problem from the aspects of legal system, concept of leadership, conflict of interest, practical information system and so on, finally from the perfect rules and regulations, perfect organization, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the management problems of Jiangxi waterway transportation management information to do a good job in planning, the transformation of the management mode, improve the consciousness and level etc..
