江苏省普通高校-：_水、r篮球运动员的培养现状及对策研究中文提要 江苏省普通高校-：_水、r篮球运动员的培养现状及对策研究 中文提要 我国普通高校在试办高水平篮球队的实践和探索中虽然取得了一 定的成绩，但是在办队过程中仍存在着一些问题和不足。研究江苏省 高校高水平篮球运动员的培养现状，建立科学合理的管理模式，对高 校高水平篮球队的建设和运动员的培养将具有十分重大的意义。研究 结果显示：(1)目前江苏省各高校办队目标是为学校争光，活跃校园 文化，培养目标是培养现今社会所需的具有一定专业文化知识和篮球 特长的复合性人才。(2)招生方式缺乏规范和统一，对运动员文化成 绩的要求过低。(3)生源质量和数量还有所欠缺和不足。(4)运动员 学习管理年HiJil练管理仍需进一步改进和加强，学训矛盾仍然较为突出。 (5)目前各高校的高水平篮球运动员的就业形势不容乐观，运动员的 专业文化知识仍需进一步提高。本文在以上的研究结果的基础上，提 出了相应的建议：加快“竞教结合”的步伐，更好的实现为国家培养 竞技篮球后备人才的目标；加强中小学篮球运动员的培养，提高生源 质量和数量，规范招生方式：建立科学合理的学习和训练管理模式， 进一步缓解学训矛盾；提高运动员专业文化知识和技能，增强就业竞 争能力。 关键词：江苏省普通高校高水平篮球运动员 培养现状 发展对策 作 者：魏磊 指导教师：张宏成 里蔓塑望翌堑丝垒查．：!：篁堡堡塑墨箜堡鲞堡坚丝翌箜型窒————————————垒堕!!坐上Analysis 里蔓塑望翌堑丝垒查．：!：篁堡堡塑墨箜堡鲞堡坚丝翌箜型窒————————————垒堕!!坐上 Analysis and countermeasures on the Actuality of the High--level basketball players in the General Universities of Jiangsu Province Abstract China’S universities have made some achievements in the pilot operation of the high—level basketball team，but some problems or defects arise during the process of establishment．So a research upon the current situations of university high．1evel basketball players and the establishment of a scientific management mode are of great significance for the constructin￡of a high．1evel team and nurturing of high-level players．The 1)aper arrives at such findings as(1)The universities in Jiangsu provmce establish their respective team with an view to bring credit to them，enrich campus culture，and develop comprehensive talents with professional knowledge and excellence in basketball；(2)Enrollment lacks regularity and consl。stency，and scholastic records are understated；(3)Player resources and quality need to be broadened and improved；(4)Players’ scholastic management and training management should be strengthened， and the contradiction between classroom study and training is still obvious； (5)；Employment of the high—level basketball players from unive斑tle8 15 not oDtimistic，and the professional knowledge of the players should b。 further enriched． Based on
