摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 随着城乡一体化进程的加快，农村水安全和水资源问题已日益突出，科学 地编制农村自来水工程规划就显得尤为重要。本文介绍了农村自来水工程规划 的重要性及必要性，探讨了国内外在农村供水安全尤其是给水工程规划上的编 制差别以及新时期下的给水（自来水）工程规划的编制热点，总结了农村自来 水工程规划定位、分区的布置、给水量预测及水源选择这四方面自来水工程规 划的重点编制问题，同时，结合江西省的城乡发展及各地农村自来水工程规划 的编制现状，对上述四方面问题在江西省农村自来水工程规划的编制中提出合 理的参考建议，最后，以《武宁县农村自来水工程规划》为编制实例，对本文 提出的理论和方法针对实例进行剖析。 本文的主要研究内容如下： 1、在分析了解了农村自来水工程规划的方向定位后，调查江西省城乡供水 一体化建设现状的基础上，分析了目前江西省城乡供水一体化建设存在的主要 问题，并提出了合理建议； 2、介绍了农村供水的特点，供水规模的分类及其适用范围，对农村自来水 工程规划分区的影响因素进行了分析，并得出了分区的原则，为其他农村地区 供水分区提供参考意见； 3、阐述了当前给水量预测的主要方法，并对关键的江西省各用水定额指标 变化情况进行资料收集和数据分析，为各地区从指标范围内选取合理数值提供 参考建议； 4、对水源的分类情况进行介绍，并根据水源选择的原则，提出了适合农村 供水工程水源选择的方法；同时简单概括了备用水源的作用，并对选择备用水 源的原则进行分析探讨； 5、结合上述四方面规划编制重点问题，选取了较具代表性的《武宁县农村 自来水工程规划》实例，并结合《江西省农村自来水工程规划大纲》，对编制 实例进行剖析阐述，以期能对国内其他具有类似城市条件的地区提供规划编制 参考与借鉴。 关键词：自来水工程规划；城乡供水一体化；供水分区；用水定额；水源 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the accelerated process of urban-rural integration, rural drinking water safety and water resources problems have become increasingly prominent. In this context, making scientific and plan for rural water engineering is put on a very important position. This article introduces the importance and necessity of rural water engineering planning, as well as the differences of making such plan between China and abroad. Apart from that, it also examines the focuses of making such plan in the new era, concluding 4 major aspects, namely, the position of rural water supply engineering planning,the layout of water supply partition,the prediction of water and the choice of water. Furthermore, some reasonable suggestions are provided concerning these 4 aspects in the process of making plans for rural water engineering planning for Jiangxi province. In closing, taking Wu Ning rural water engineering plan as an example.
