摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着信息社会即将到来，交通行业正在大力推动信息化建设的发展，计算 机技术在交通基本建设项目领域也得到了广泛应用。 本文阐述了江西省交通基本建设管理信息系统如何通过计算机技术手段实 现对进入江西省交通基本建设市场的从业单位如设计、监理、施工企业的市场 准入、市场行为的动态管理和江西省内的交通基本建设项目的从立项、勘测设 计、招投标、建设实施、竣工验收以及项目后评估的规范化管理。针对系统使 用的特点，应用基于B／S(浏览器／N务器)结构进行系统丌发，提H{了网络应 用环境F信息安全的整体解决方案，并特别丌发了系统短信功能，通过手机短 信进行信息发送，很好的解决系统中用户人员分散，上网条件不一的难题。由 于系统中信息量巨大，而且对于信息保存，有特殊的要求，必须有原件的电子 版，所以在系统中通过双层PDF技术，解决了资料信息的建档和查询的问题。 本文还对江西省交通基本建设管理信息系统做了非常详细的阐述，通过实 例说明如何应用该系统进行交通基本建设管理。 最后，关于进一步工作的方向进行了简要的论述。 关键词：交通，基本建没，信息管理，计算机系统 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the coming ofthe information society,development ofthe informatization construction is being strongly pushed ahead in the communications trades，and the computer techniques are widely applied in the field of the communications fundamental construction projects． In this article，it is stated that how the Information System for JiangXi Provincial Communications Fundamental Construction Management，through the computer techniques，realizes the dynamic management of the market access and market behavior of the practicing units of JiangXi communications fundamental construction projects in JiangXi province ranging from the project determination， survey and design，bid，construction，completion and taking—over tO the post—evaluation of the project．According to the characteristic of its use，the Information System is developed basing on the B／S(browser／server)structure，and the overall solution for the information safety under the network application environment is raised out．In particular，the short message function is developed in this Information System．The short message will be sent out by the Information System to the customers’mobile phones，thus solving the problem that the customers using the Information System ale scattered and have the different conditions to use the Intemet． The electronic version ofthe original shall be needed because ofthe huge information content in the Information System and the specific requirements on the information saving，thus the doubte—layer P
