摘 摘 要 随着我国高等教育进入大众化教育阶段，高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻。高职毕业生作 为高技能人才，在就业上比起研究生、本科生，面临更大的压力，因此，在高校毕业生就业 问题中，高职院校毕业生的就业问题更显突出。高职毕业生能否顺利就业已引起了政府、学 校、家庭和毕业生等各方的关注，研究他们的就业问题有利于社会主义和谐社会的建设，有 利于推动高等教育现代化的进程，有利于高等职业教育自身的可持续发展。 本文针对江苏省高职院校毕业生就业相关问题进行研究。按照提出问题、分析问题、解 决问题的逻辑思路，从江苏省高职院校毕业生就业状况入手，探究江苏省高职毕业生就业存 在的主要问题：结构性矛盾突出；就业质量有待提高；预期收入与用人单位提供的工资之间 存在较大差距。接着从社会、学校、学生三方面，分析了导致高职院校毕业生就业问题的原 因，在此基础上，论文提出了破解江苏省高职院校毕业生就业问题的对策和建议：政府要充 分发挥社会管理功能，加强就业政策调控，规范就业市场，改善经济环境，增加就业机会； 学校要准确定位，形成鲜明办学特色，紧紧围绕市场需求的人才标准进行专业设置，加强实 习基地建设、师资队伍建设，加强学生就业指导；高职毕业生要积极进行自我完善，更新就 业观念，制定职业生涯设计，有目的有计划发展自己，努力提高就业能力。 【关键词J江苏省高职毕业生就业问题对策 III AbstractWith Abstract With the coming of popular higher education，the employment situation of college graduates becomes more and more serious．As the high—skilled talents，the vocational college graduates face more pressure than postgraduates and graduates．Based on this， the employment problem of graduates from the vocational college will be more outstanding．It attracts various attention from the government，the school，the family and the graduates whether the vocational college graduates can get a job smoothly．Studying their employment problem is advantageous to help to construct the socialism harmonious society，and to realize the higher education modernization，and to promote the consistent development of higher vocational education． This article will conduct the research about the related problem of the vocational college graduates in JianSu Province．Following the logical mentality such as proposing the problem，analyzing the problem,and solving the problem,we will probe the main problems of the vocational college graduates in JianSu Province from the beginning of employment situation．These problems include the prominent structrue contradiction， employment quality and employment expectaion． Then from the points of the society，the school and the student，we will analyze the reasons of vocational college graduates．Moreover，we will provide the measures and suggestions of the employment question
