中 中 文摘要 本文首先对江苏电信系统的现状和业务需求进行了分析，明确江苏电信管 理信息系统的近期目标是建成企业内部的信息基础设施，提出了该系统要解决 的主要问题是对企业生产系统的数据进行全面集成，构造电信企业数据仓库， 即电信企业信息资源平台；在此平台的基础上，建立企业级应用，针对各管理 层次的需求完成相关信息的表征、共享和传递；对信息资源的深层次综合利用， 为电信企业的各级决策者服务。 为实现上述目标，本文对江苏电信的管理信息系统进行了系统功能设计， 构建了生产子系统、办公子系统、管理子系统、决策支持子系统等四个功能模 块，并进行了各子系统的功能分析，特别针对决策支持子系统进行了详细分析 与设计。 最后，本文从信息平台和数据服务平台的建立两个方面对系统的实旌进行 了详细的方案设计。同时考虑到企业管理信息系统的建设是一项复杂的系统工 程，结合国内企业信息化和江苏电信信息化建设中的经验和教训，特别提出了 在系统实施过程中要注意的问题。 关键词： 江苏电信，管理信息系统，企业管理 ABSTRACTFirstly，the ABSTRACT Firstly，the development situation of Jiangsu Telecom is discussed and the design target of Jiangsu Telecom’S Information Management System(JSMIS)is determined in this paper．It is pointed out that the interior information infrastructure construction and the data integration of company production system should be emphasized in JSMIS．After establishment of database(company information resource platform)，company level applications can be established tO realize the related information features and data share as well as data transmission． In order to achieve the above goal，the system frame of JSMIS is designed， which is divided into manufacture subsystem，management subsystem，office automatic subsystem and decision supporting subsystem．The detailed function for each subsystem is designed respectively，particuly the needed decision supporting systems is emphasized Finally,the application procedure of JSMIS is designed in aspects of the information platform and the data service platform． Considering the development and application of JSMIS is a complicated systematic project，the rich experiences and lessons in the informationization of China Telecom and Jiangsu Telecom are summarized and some notice during the development and application of JSMIS are pointed out as well．． Keywords： Jjangsu Telecom；management information system；enterprise management 东南大学硕士学位论文 东南大学硕士学位论文 绪论 绪论 一、企业信息化建设的必要性 随着信息时代和知识经济时代的到来，信息已成为主导全球经济的基础，企 业必憋不可抗拒的加速进入信息网络时代。企业将建设具有本企业特点的，生产过 程自动化和管理现代化的信息网络。在现代化企业中，信息管理工作在企业中将发 挥越来越重要的作用。
