摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 城镇化在过去100多年里已成为全球一个不可遏止的发展趋势，是区域 经济发展到一定阶段必然产生的规律性现象，是促进一个民族文明进程的重 要形式。城镇化与一个国家或地区的社会经济发展有着密切的关系，一方面 城镇化是经济发展的必然结果，经济发展是城镇化的基础；另一方面城镇化 对经济发展也有巨大的推动作用，两者相互依赖、相互促进，又相互制约。 城镇化对于扩大内需，促进经济的持续稳定发展，转变人民的生产生活方式， 提高人民生活质量等都具有重大意义。 目前我国的城镇化水平相对滞后，且各地区城镇化水平发展极不平衡。 与其他省市相比，江西省城镇化总体发展更是显得落后，主要表现在：城市 (镇)化率低于全国平均水平；城镇规模等级结构中“大中城市’’欠发展， 城市首位度高；省域内南北城镇空间分布差距大；城镇规模结构不尽合理， 城镇体系难以形成较强的整体功能；城镇发展缺乏产业支撑，产业结构不合 理。因此，加快江西城镇化进程已成为江西省当前和今后很长一段时间的重 要战略任务。 本文在结构上共分6章。文章在阐述城镇化相关理论的基础上，对江西 省的城镇化的发展现状和制约因素进行了全面分析，深入论述了江西省在加 快城镇化进程中应注意的四个战略选择，即路径选择、模式选择、速度选择 和产业选择，并从城市规划、产业调整、制度创新三个方面提出了对策建议。 文章提出，江西省城镇化的发展应在适当的发展速度下，合理确定城镇化发 展模式和产业结构，注重大中小城市协调发展，走政府引导、市场主导的城 镇化道路。此外，改革和创新有关制度和体制对江西城镇化的发展也是至关 重要的。 关键词：城镇化；发展战略；对策：江西 H AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Urbanization is becoming a trend cannot be held back in these 100 years all over the world and the necessary regularity phenomenon as the economy’S progress and also the important form to promote the civilization process，which is approved by the urbanization history of the advanced country．Urbanization is closely related to the social economic development of a country or a region．Economic development is the basis of urbanization，which iS the result of economic development．On the other hand， urbanization will lead to economic development．They will interdependence、mutual promotion and restrict each other．Urbanization is important to stimulate domestic demand，to maintain economic development，to transfer the life styles and to improve the quality of life Chinese people，and SO on。 At present，the level of urbanization of China is much lower than that of economic development．However,compared tO other provinces and cities，We call find the level of urbanization in Jiangxi province is even lower,there are a main batch of problems： Jiang Xi’S urbanization level is lower than the national average level；‘‘large and medium-sized cities”are lack of development in a multi·level network system of the town,the population of the largest urban is far more t
