胡泊：江苏省节水型生态灌区评价指标体系研究与软件开发摘 胡泊：江苏省节水型生态灌区评价指标体系研究与软件开发 摘 要 我国大型灌区普遍存在水资源利用不充分、水资源紧缺、非点源污染和 生态系统不稳定等生态环境问题，鉴于其在我国农业生产、农村和城乡发展 中发挥着重要的作用，国内外许多学者都对生态型灌区的建设工作做了广 泛、深入的研究。 本文在前人研究基础上，首先就节水型生态灌区的原理以及基本理念进 行了阐述；然后建立了包括灌区工程保障与节水系统指标、灌区自然生态系 统指标、灌排工程模式系统指标、灌区水环境系统指标与灌区管理系统指标 五个方面在内的节水型生态型灌区评价指标体系；进而运用模糊性层次综合 评价模型对灌区进行了生态评价，并结合工程实例得到了评价结果；最后运 用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008编程平台以及数据库软件SQL Server 2008开 发出集灌区基本信息输入查询和灌区生态评价功能于一体的可视化应用软 件一节水型生态灌区计算机评价系统。 本系统以江苏省灌区为对象，采用面向对象的开发方法，通过计算机模 型计算为灌区节水型生态评价工作提供合理依据，系统操作简便良好，运行 速度快，评价结果合理，基本达到预期要求，具有实用性和实践意义。 关键词：节水型生态灌区；计算机评价系统；灌区节水型生态评价；模 糊层次综合评价 2 2 扬州大学硕士论文 —————————————————————————————————————————’————_—l_—-_-_—————●__———__——一● 一 Abstract 匕tuna’S large。scale irrigation water resources utilization exists generally water resources inadequate，non-point pollution and ecological system i s not stable，‘given ‘ecohits ecologicalgical envtronment。)nmc Iproblems in Chinas agricultureg ，ruralrural and urban and rural development plays all important role，many schol ars both at home and abroad work done extensiveand thorough research for the construction of ecological irrigation． In this paper，based on the former research，the first is the principle of water—saving irrigation and ecological expounds the basic concept；Then established including water-saving irrigation engineering support and irrigation system index，the natural ecosystem index，irrigation and drainage engineering model system index，irrigation water environmental system irrigation management system index index and the five aspects of water-saving irrigation， ecological evaluation index system；And then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of irrigation level on the ecological evaluation，and combined with engineering example got evaluation results；Finally using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming platform and database software SQL Server 2008 developed set more emphases irrigation basic information input query and irrigation ecological evaluation function in the integration
