江西省高校女教师职业能力发展影响因素的实证分析-企业管理专业论文.docxVIP

摘要 摘 要 随着高校学生数量的不断增加，高校的教学质量逐渐成为社会关注的热点。 提高高校教育质量，高校教师的职业能力提升是关键。高校教师中，女教师占了 半壁江山，有其特殊的个性特征，哪些因素影响着她们职业能力的发展？这些因 素怎样影响着其职业能力的发展？这些问题的解决是有效提升高校女教师职业 能力的基础。 本文选择江西省八大高校作为研究对象，在对相关文献进行综述及结合高校 教师访谈基础上，构建高校女教师职业能力结构模型及与其影响因素关系模型， 并设计出《高校教师职业能力影响因素的调查问卷》，然后采用 Spss17.0 和 Amos6.0 软件对调查数据进行处理，对高校教师职业能力结构、高校女教师职业 能力影响因素关系模型进行验证。 高校教师职业能力一般体现为教育能力、科研能力和社会服务能力，但是鉴 于各学科教师参与具体社会实践的要求不同，本文高校女教师的职业能力以教育 能力和科研能力来衡量。实证研究分析表明:第一，人力资本、社会资本、环境 条件及个性心理是其主要影响因素，而学历、培训、学术团体、人际关系、社会 环境、组织环境、家庭环境、职业认知、工作压力、个性特征是江西省高校女教 师职业能力发展影响因素模型中的外生变量。第二，人力资本对江西省高校女教 师教育能力及科研能力的影响最大，个性心理对教育能力的影响较大，社会资本 对科研能力的影响较大，环境条件对教育能力及科研能力也有明显的影响。 本文以研究结论为依据，分析了江西省高校女教师职业发展现状，指出江西 省高校女教师职业能力发展存在的主要问题，并基于此提出了相关的建议和对 策。 关键词：高校女教师；职业能力；实证分析；江西省 I PAGE PAGE VI III III Ab Abstract With the continued quantitative increase of college students, teaching quality of university has become a hot topic in the society. However, the building of university teachers professional competence is the key to improve the quality of higher education. And female teachers in universities make up half part of the university teachers. They have their own special personalities. So it is very important to research their occupational ability, especially the factors that affect their occupational ability, and how to affect. The solution to these problems is effective to enhance female university teachers professional competence. In this paper it selected eight colleges from Jiangxi province for the research. After a related literature review and the combination of university teachers’ interview, it built the model of the structural model of professional competence and its influence factors of female university teachers, and then designed the influencing factors of the university teachers professional competence questionnaire.
