州州州A咱恻川川A 州州州A咱 恻川川A呻 川川川qdw 唰唰川AU M川川，。 川川n川o mm咽a ， 州 州唰VE 摘要 农民合作经济组织是市场经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。一方面，市场经 济推动着生产力快速发展;另一方面，市场竞争加刷了社会两级分化。这就必然 促使从事弱势产业、处于弱势地位的农民群体联合起来，结成自己的组织，以改 善自己的处境，提高自己的市场地位，维护自己的权益。发达国家和地区及我国 沿海地区发展农民合作经济组织的实践证明，市场经济越发达，合作经济发展越 广泛。我国是人口大国，也是农业大罔，农业、农村、农民问题处理妥否事 关我国经济发展大局，事关我国的安定和谐，事关我国的长治久安。党的十七大 报告明确指出:探索集体经济有效实现形式，发展农民专业合作组织，支持农业 产业化经营和龙头企业发展:不断推进集体企业改革，发展多种形式的集体经济、 合作经济。 江西省农民合作经济组织从 20 世纪 80 年代初期开始发展，但直到 90 年代 后期尤其是 2007 年《农民专业合作社法》实施后，才遥渐引起人们的较大关注。 近几年来，江西农民合作经济组织的发展总体上取得了阶段性成效，主要表现在: 发展速度明显加快、组织类型多样化、合作领域不断拓宽，合作内容愈加丰富、 利益分配相对公平等等。尽管如此，江西农民合作经济组织的发展过程中仍存在 不少强需解决和完善之处。本文通过总结当前江西省农民合作经济组织的发展现 状并进行分析，找出该省发展农民专业合作经济组织存在的问题及不足，并分析 借鉴发达国家和地区发展农民合作经济组织的实践经验，提出了推动江西农民合 作经济组织发展的对策和建议。 关键词:农民合作经济组织:供销社:政府支持 11 ABST比\CT ABSTRACT Fanners cooperative economic organiz.ations are an inevitable outcome of the market economic development. On the one hand ，the market economy promotes rapid development of productive forces; on the other hand，the market competition has intensified the social polarization.ηl?s will inevitably result in organizations of fanners in vulnerable industries and positions to improve their situation and market position and to safeguard their interests. Fanners cooperative economic organizations in developed foreign countries and regions and Chinas coastal areas have proved that 伽e more developed the market economy，the more extensive the cooperative economic development. China has a large population and is a large agricultural coun位y. Such issues as agriculture，rural areas，and fanners affect Chinas overall economic development ，stability and hannony，and long-term peace. The Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China states clearly that it is necessary to explore for effective practical forms of collective economy，to develop farmers specialized cooperative organizations ，to support agricultural industrialization and leading enterprises，to carry forward 由e reform of collective enterprises，andωdevelop various
