摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 铜是人类最早使用的金属，是当今世界高新技术发展和国防建设的重要支 撑材料，关系到国民经济命脉和国防安全。它以导热、耐磨、导电、易铸造、 机械性能好、易制成合金等性能，被广泛地应用于各工业和军事领域，世界普 遍认为，铜的消费量和用途的多少，往往客观真实地反映一个国家工业化程度 的状态。虽然，我国铜的应用有较为悠久的历史，但只是在近 60 年铜产业才得 到较快发展。特别是改革开放之后，我国铜工业取得辉煌成就，建成了比较完 整的铜工业生产体系，步入世界上重要铜生产国行列，成为世界第一大铜消费 国。目前，铜工业整体水平，铜储量不足的问题较为突出（精炼铜产量只占世 界的 20%左右，更为关键的是我国铜储量只占世界的 5.5%），随着我国工业化 进程的不断推进，我国铜资源供需矛盾将不断加剧。 论文在深入调研的基础上，放眼全球和全国铜产业的发展趋势，结合我省 的实际，研究我省铜产业的战略与发展。本文在研究相关理论的基础上，从铜 产业发展国际背景、国内现状、我省现况三个层次，立体分析当今世界铜产业 的发展形势。然后通过 SWOT 分析法全面对比，分析我省发展铜产业的优势和 劣势，机会与威胁。再从总体思路、主要任务、战略步骤、战略体系几个方面 阐述我省江西铜产业发展思路和战略体系。最后从建立资源保障体系、形成产 业集群优势、加强科技创新、发挥龙头产业影响力和带动力、延伸和完善产业 链、发展循环经济等方面提出江西铜产业发展对策。 关键词：江西；铜产业；发展战略研究 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Copper is the earliest human use of metal, is an important supporting materials in the world high and new technology development and national defense construction, related to the national economy and national defense safety.
