1 1 Abstract The relevancy of expert conclusions, dentified as the basic characteristic of forms of evidence, is a vital base of expert conclusions playing a role of proof. This article intends to study on the relevancy of expert conclusions. On the one hand, it analyses the unique content of the relevancy of expert conclusions, and probes into the illumination from the use of the relevancy of expert conclusions in expert evaluation practice; On the other hand, it studys the rules and laws of relevancy to improve the system of the adoptive procedure of expert conclusions. The full paper contains four parts, and has about 30,000 words in all. The first part mainly analyses the basic theories of the relevancy of expert conclusions. The opinion of the contact in the materialistic dialectics, as well as the epistemology, provides the starting point and methodology to study on the rich meanings of the relevancy of expert conclusions. Learn from the perspective of the evidence law, the relevancy, as the basic characteristic of evidence and the significant foundation of the competency of evidence, is also the basic characteristic of expert conclusions which is one kind of legal evdience. Learn from the point of view in the forensic science and technology, as the core theory of the forensic science and technology, the theory of identy recgnizance provides the relevance of expert conclusions with important support of basic theories, while other types of expert conclusions have their own specific content. The second part is focus on the basic characteristics and influencing factors of the relevancy of expert conclusions. The characteristics of expert conclusions are in some way also reflect the features of the relevance of expert conclusions. The study on the features of the relevancy of expert conclusions are mainly focus on its own nature. Based on the study of the characteristics of expert conclusions ,the influencing factors of the relevancy of expert conclusions can divi
