摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 目的: 调查江西省贫困地区 6 岁以下儿童贫血的患病状况况，分析 6 岁以下儿 童贫血的影响因素，为政府有关部门采取干预措施改善贫困地区贫血状况提供 依据。 方法: 按照“建立贫困地区 6 岁以下儿童营养健康状况相关危险因素监 测及数据信息系统”方案，采用面对面询问调查的方法，共收集获得余干县(康 山乡)和井冈山县(黄坪乡、新城区、厦坪镇)658 名 0~5.9 岁儿童及家长信息。 结果： 江西省贫困地区 6 岁以下儿童的贫血患病率为 50.47%，男童(48.09%) 与女童(53.96%)差异无统计学意义( ??2 ＝1.908，P=0.167)，5~5.9 岁时出现贫血 M -H 高峰达到 69.15%。多因素非条件 Logistic 回归分析显示，早产、近两周患腹泻、 上呼吸道疾病、母亲职业、人均年收入、人均购买食品花费等 6 个因素是 0~1.9 岁以下儿童贫血的影响因素；2~5.9 岁儿童贫血影响因素为年龄、父亲职业、辅 食添加时间和在家进餐次数。 结论： 江西省贫困地区 6 岁以下儿童贫血是严 重的公共卫生问题，不同年龄段影响贫血的危险因素差异明显，需要根据不同 年龄段的影响因素开展贫血防治。 关键词：儿童；贫困地区；贫血 II Ab Abstract ABSTRACT M -H Objective: To estimate the prevalence of anemia and its related risk factors among the younger than 6 years old children in the poor areas of Jiangxi province, and provided evidence for taking intervention measures to improve anemia in poverty-stricken areas. Methods: 658 children under than 6 years old and their parents from poor areas of Jiangxi province (Kangshan village of Yugan and Huangping ,Xincheng ,Xiaping of Jingangshan) were collected according to the “Setup of the supervise information system on risk factors for the under 6 years old children’s health among the poor areas in China”. Results: The prevalence of anemia in children younger than 6 years old was 50.47% in poor areas in Jiangxi province. The prevalence of anemia among boys and girls were 48.09% and 53.96% respectively. There was no significantly gentle gap of anemia prevalence. ( ??2 =1.908, P=0.167). The prevalence peak reached 69.15% of anemia M -H distributing in 5~5.9 years old groups. The result based on non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the anemia of children under 2 years old was related to some factors, including premature birth, nearly two weeks whether diarrhea or flu, occupation of mother, annual per capital income and expenses of food. The impact factors consisted of age, occupation of father, the time of complementary food aid, the number of meals at ho
