飞 ‘ 电帽 d ￥ 、 μ 品 ，i 吃/ 摘要金融是资金的融通，是现代市场经济的核心。金融发展是推动我国经济持续 摘要 金融是资金的融通，是现代市场经济的核心。金融发展是推动我国经济持续 高速发展的主要动力，多年来一直有力支持了我国经济建设。产业结构变迁作为 ● 经济发展的一个重要标志，相比经济总量扩张而言，产业结构的优化升级更是决 定了一国或一个地区的经济发展的质量、效率和可持续性。要实现产业结构的优 化升级，需要金融的有效支持，而产业结构的优化升级必然会对金融业提出更多、 更高的服务需求，为金融部门提供持续的发展动力，从而促进金融业发展，成为 金融发展可持续性和有效性的重要保证。两者交互作用，使得金融系统不断发展， 产业结构不断升级和完善。 江西是我国典型的经济欠发达地区，产业结构的不合理性和金融发展的滞后 性同时并存。本文在VAR模型下通过格兰杰因果检验发现，在江西经济发展过程 中，产业结构调整与金融发展不存在有效互动性，具体原因可归结为：一是江西 金融发展滞后，金融供给无法满足产业结构调整的有效需求；二是产业结构调整 不力，导致了金融发展缓慢和地区经济落后。如今江西面临“鄱阳湖生态经济区’’ ● 建设大好机遇，产业技术升级要求迫切，承接产业转移的形势日趋明朗，这为实 现江西产业结构调整与金融发展互动提供了良好外部条件，但是阻碍因素仍然存 在。本文针对存在的各种问题，提出加速产业承接与技术创新进程、改善地区金 融生态环境、大力发展区域中小型金融机构等政策建议。 关键词：江西省；产业结构调整；金融发展；互动研究 ● . ? ?
