083025470黄爱源 083025470黄爱源 江苏金湖输油泵有限公司发展战略研究 摘要 汽车是现代社会不可缺少的重要交通工具，汽车工业及其所属的柴油机、燃油喷 射系统、输油泵提前器工业是我国的支柱产业。它们的发展是紧密相连的，而汽车工 业的发展又会直接影响经济建设和人民生活。 2009年，我国汽车产销1379．10万辆和1364．48万辆，已经成为世界第一汽车生 产和消费国。2009年我国民用汽车保有量已达7619万辆。输油泵提前器是燃油喷射 系统的两个重要部件，燃油喷射系统又是柴油机的“心脏”，柴油机又是汽车的动力之 源。 2010年是我国经济发展最为关键的一年，也是“十一五“十二五’’规划承上启 下的关键年，汽车工业的发展又直接对之有重大影响。江苏金湖输油泵有限公司(以 下简称金湖公司)作为燃油喷射系统行业输油泵提前器行业的独一无二的排头兵龙头 企业，理应担当起此发展的重任。因此对该公司的发展战略研究是十分必要的。 本文作者根据项保华教授的战略管理与战略前提 假设论证理论，结合金湖公司 实际，首先对金湖公司的外部环境、内部条件、国内外同类产品技术发展趋势进行了 分析；回顾了金湖公司四十二年来的发展历程、管理经验和教训；剖析了金湖公司的 内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁、潜在竞争对手和替代产品；根据我国 2010年和“十二五’’国民经济发展规划的需要，对金湖公司主要关联产品未来市场 发展需求作了详细的分析，据此对2010年及“十二五期间输油泵、提前器产品市 场进行了预测，提出金湖公司的发展战略。 考虑到金湖公司在行业的特殊市场地位和所处复杂行业环境，本文作者分别提出 金湖公司的战略思想、经营战略目标和主要战略措施。包括产品发展战略、技术进步 战略和成本领先战略以及进行企业文化建设、组建金湖输油泵集团公司的建议等。 关键词：汽车； 柴油机； 燃油喷射系统； 输油泵；战略 AbstractAutomobile Abstract Automobile iS the important and indispensably means of teansportation in modem society,the automobile industry and its member group of diesel、fuel injection system、fuel feed pump and timing device industry are the pillar industry of our country．The development of them connects closely,and the development of automobile industry will effect economic construction and antional lives directly． The volume of production and marketing of China are thirteen million seven hundred and ninty one thousand and thirteen million six hundred and forty four thousand and eight hundred．China has became the first for production and consummation automobile．In 2009， the volume of civilianvehicle has reached seventy．six million ninteen hundred．Fuel feed pump and timing device are the important part of fuel injection system，and fuel injection svstem iS the‘‘heart”of diesel，and diesel is the power of the automobile． 20 1 0 is the most important period of the economic development of China,and also m the most important period of carrying on‘the 1 1 five·year plan”to“the 1 2m five。year Dlan”．The development of automobile industry has a great effect on the plan．Jiangsu Jinhu
