II II Abstract Construction enterprise is one part of industrial enterprise, also a big profession which causes environmental pollution. Construction enterprise brings serious environmental influence in the process of producing construction products. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction enterprise environment management. The maturity model is one method for appraising and improving project management ability. It was proposed earliest by the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University of the US. Afterwards, it obtained worldwide application in software industry. It raised enterprises management level effectively, and promoted enterprises whole competitive ability. The construction enterprise environment management maturity model provides one method for ability appraisal and continuous improvement which is suitable to the construction enterprise environment management characteristic. By drawing lessons from some common maturity models, carrying on the contrast analysis, using their merit and simultaneously unifying the characteristic of construction enterprise environment management, this thesis has established the construction enterprise environment management maturity framework model. Through the analysis and the contrast of the existing maturity appraisal model, it obtains the appraisal method of the construction enterprise environment management maturity. Through the researches and contrasts on some appraisal index systems of the environment management aspect, it establishes the construction enterprise environment management maturity appraisal index system, and determines KPA of each rank for the construction enterprise environment management maturity model by the expert investigation method. Finally, this thesis has discussed the application feasibility and concrete application process of the construction enterprise environment management maturity model.
