摘 摘 要 本实验的目的在于,探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练结合刺激控制疗法在失眠症治 疗中的作用。 本实验选取失眠患者12人,应用渐进性肌肉放松训练结合刺激控制疗法对 其进行治疗;睡眠正常者1 5人,比较失眠患者与睡眠正常者的主客观睡眠质量 及抑郁、焦虑状况。 本实验要求失眠患者先在实验室学习渐进性肌肉放松训练,利用心率变异性 分祈放松效果,待掌搓后,在家中进行渐迸性肌肉放松训练,并结合刺激控制疗 法,时间共计4周。 实验前后监测失眠患者全夜多导睡眠图(PSG),并要求其在实验前填写匹兹 堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、状态特质焦虑问卷(STAI)年[I抑郁自评量表(SDS), 实验后填写匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、状态特质焦虑阀卷状态焦虑分量表 (S-AI)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),自我记录实验前1周及实验期4周的睡眠质量。 实验结果显示,经过渐进性肌肉放松训练结合刺激控制疗法的治疗,失眠患 者的睡眠状况有所改善。多导睡眠图和睡眠质量自我记录表明,睡眠效率(SE) 提高6 26%、睡眠潜伏期(SL)缩短8 84分钟、睡眠觉醒次数(AT)减少1 25次、 实际睡眠时间(TST)延长26.oo分钟,其中快速眼动睡眠(REM)、非快速眼动 睡眠的三、四期(S,S。)时间延长较为明显。同时,焦虑症状明显改善。渐进性肌 肉放松训练结合刺激控制疗法用来治疗失眠症是有效的。 关键词:失眠症渐进性肌肉放松训练刺激控制疗法多导睡眠图 AbstractThe Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of progressive muscle relaxation(PMR)combined with sleep-related behavior control therapy in insomnia therapy This study selected twelve insomniacs,who were treated by PMR combined with stimulus control therapy.At the same time,the study also selected fifteen natural sleepers.Subjective and objective sleep quality,depression and anxiety status were compared between insomniacs and naturN sleepers. A11.night polysomnography(PSG、of insomniacs were inspected before and after the experiment All subjects were demanded to:(1)fill in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)、State-TrMt Anxiety Inventory(STAl)and Slef-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before the experimem;(2竭n in PSQI、s-AI、SDS after the experiment;(3) record their sleep quality in one week before the experiment and four weeks of the experiment This study first demanded subjects to learn PMR in the laboratory After grasping this method,the subjects done PMR combined with sleep‘related behavior control therapy in their home The time was four weeks The result showed:PMR combined with stimulus control therapy improved sleep status of subjects The parameters of PSG and self-recording of sleep quality indicated that(1)sleep efficiency increased by 6 26%,(2)sleep latency shogened by 8 84 minutes;(31 awake frequency decreased by 1 25;(4)true s
