吉西他滨与a -干扰素联合灌注预防膀胱癌复发的临床研究 王建伟(山东省广饶县人民医院 257300) 【摘要】目的 观察吉西他滨(GEM)与alpha;-干扰素联合灌注免疫化学疗法预防 浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 将210例浅表性膀胱癌经尿道肿瘤电切术 后患者分为两组:(1)GEM+ alpha;■干扰素联合应用组150例，术后立即用吉西 他滨lOOOmg灌注治疗，术后1周GEM 2000mg再次灌注治疗，术后2?7周每 周吉西他滨和alpha;?干扰素灌注治疗1次，以后每个月吉西他滨和alpha;-干 扰素灌注1次，持续2年。⑵GEM组60例，术后每周灌注1次，连续7次，以 后每月1次，持续2年。结果 随访3—5年，平均3年4个月，其中GEM+alpha;- 干扰素联合应用组复发率为14%, GEM组复发率为23.3%,两组比较差异有显 著性意义(Plt;0.05)。结论GEM和alpha;-干扰素联合膀胱灌注预防治膀胱癌术 后复发优于单用GEM灌注。 【关键词】膀胱肿瘤 吉西他滨alpha;?干扰素 灌注治疗 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2013) 28-0118-02 Clinical Effect of Intravesical Instillation with GEM and recombinant human in t erf er on alpha;2b for Preventio n of Postoperative Recurre nee of Bladder Tumor WANG JIANWEI Department of Urology, Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Guangrao City, Dongying 257300, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravesical instillation with GEM and recombinant human interferon alpha;2b for prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor.[Methods] 210 patients with superficial bladder cancer were divided into two groups.For the chemoimmunotherapy (GEM+ recombinant human interferon alpha;2b )group, 150 patients as test group received postoperative intravesical instillation of GEM (lOOOmg) immediately after transurethral resection of bladdertumor (TuRBT) and again (2000mg )1 week later-From 2 to 7 weeks after TURBT，GEM lOOOmg and recombinant human interferon alpha;2b was instilled into the bladder of all patients once weekly.Another 60 patients received postoperative intravesical instillation of lOOOmg once a week for 7 weeks.Then all patients received in 2 travesical instillation every one month for 2 years.[Results] All patients have been followed up for 3 to 5 years.with an averageof 3 years and 4 months.The recurrent rate is 14% in the test group and 23.3% in the control group.The effect is better in test group than in control group (Plt;0.05).C on elusion In travesical instillati on of GEM and recombinant human interferon alpha;2b in
