78 2012, Vol.33, No.21 食品科学 ※基础研究 Cr( ) 杜 磊 (运城学院生命科学系,山西 运城 044000) 摘 要:采用静置吸附法,以苹果渣为生物吸附剂,研究其对Cr6+ 的吸附作用、吸附过程的影响因素、热力学和动 力学行为。结果显示:苹果渣对Cr6+ 的吸附率随其粒径的减小而增大;Cr6+初始质量浓度相同时,吸附率随苹果渣 加入量的增加而增大;苹果渣加入量相同时,吸附率总体上随Cr6+初始质量浓度增加呈增大趋势;正交试验得到3 个因素对吸附效果的影响程度顺序为吸附温度>pH值>吸附时间,最优吸附条件为pH4 、吸附温度60 ℃、吸附 时间5h,此条件下吸附率为72.43% ;苹果渣对Cr6+ 的吸附是先快速吸附,吸附时间超过120min后为慢速吸附,用 Freundlich 吸附等温式能较好地描述其吸附热力学情况,吸附动力学可以用二级动力学模型描述;对于50mg/L的 Cr6+ m V 6+ 溶液,苹果渣为吸附剂时的最佳固液比为8:1000( / ) ;苹果渣对中、低质量浓度Cr 溶液(≤30mg/L)的吸附效果 优于活性炭。 苹果渣;Cr6+ ;生物吸附;吸附等温线;吸附动力曲线;固液比 Bioabsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) by Apple Pomace DU Lei (Department of Life Sciences, Yuncheng University, Yuncheng 044000, China) Abstract Heavy metal pollution in water is a serious threat to human health. A series of strategies are being adopted in many countries for the removal of metal pollution from water. In the present study, the bio-adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) by apple pomace was systematically studied. The adsorption rate of Cr (Ⅵ) by apple pomace was increased with decreasing particle size of apple pomace, but positively dependent on apple pomace dosage at the same initial Cr concentration, and showed a general increasing trend with increasing initial Cr concentration at the same apple pomace dosage. The decreasing order of the effects of three operating parameters on Cr (Ⅵ) adsorption was temperature > pH > adsorption time, and the optimal adsorption conditions were pH 4, 60 ℃ and 5 h as determined using an orthogonal array design.
