台州缝制设备产业集群竞争力研究.pdf

内容 摘 要 浙江是我国民营经济最活跃、产业集群发展最早的地区之一，而台州是我 国最大的缝制设备生产基地。在国际金融危机的背景下，台州的缝制设备企业 面临日益加剧的国际竞争。目前对产业集群竞争力的理论分析 ,大多是套用波 特的国家竞争力钻石模型。虽然波特的理论在全球传播很广 ,可是该理论的分 析主要集中于宏观上的国家层次 ,分析的背景也都是发达国家相对比较成熟的 产业集群。考虑到发展中国家产业集群存在制度与基础条件的差异，且波特的 国家竞争优势理论更多是基于静态要素的分析，而产业集群是一个动态的网络 化系统，具有整体性、关联性、动态性及有序性等特点，因此难以直接套用波 特的“钻石模型”来评价我国的产业集群竞争力。 本文从理论分析入手，首先对有关产业集群竞争力的文献进行了回顾，对 产业集群竞争力进行定义；其次分析台州缝制设备产业集群的概况及其形成原 因；第三，在波特的国家竞争优势理论框架下，结合台州具体情况嵌入作为产 业集群竞争力区位的“人文环境”因素构建产业集群竞争力的“新钻石模型” (New Diamonds Model )，认为产业集群竞争力是由4个基本竞争力因子 (要素 条件、需求条件、相关及支持性产业和企业战略、企业结构和同业竞争) 和两 个辅助因子 (人文环境和政府)相互作用而共同形成的。最后，结合具体情况对 如何提高台州缝制设备业集群竞争力提出建议。 关键词：台州缝制设备业 “新钻石模型” 产业集群竞争力 对策 I ABSTRACT Zhejiang is China’s most active private economy and one of the earlist development regions of industry cluster ,and Taizhou is the largest production base of sewing equipment.In the international financial crisis,Taizhou sewing equipment enterprises are facing increasing international competition.At present,the competitiveness of industrial clusters on the theoretical analysis,are applied to Porters diamond model of national competitiveness.
