沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 本次设计综合运用机械设计、液压设计、机电传动设计以及PLC的相关知识设计出一套能够完成自动插棍的小型自动装料机构。为了减少工人劳动强度，提升单位工时的工作量，对食品行业中雪糕生产中的雪糕棍自动装料、输运、装料以及控制的这部分装置进行设计。设计主要涉及到将雪糕棍插到模具时的机械传动系统、液压系统以及PLC控制系统的。最终达到能能使其自动完成将雪糕棍插入模具的整套工序：用传送带将模具送至指定位置；由下端的液压装置将其抬起对准至分料器；再利用传送带将雪糕棍有序的排列并向上输运，雪糕棍经过过度齿轮被输运到另一根传送带上，当输送足够多的雪糕棍时停止上料；传送带两侧液压装置推动下料板把雪糕棍推落进分料器后收回，雪糕棍通过分料器有序的插进下方的模具中；装好棍的模具通过液压装置落回到传送带上，并被运走。设计内容包括CAD设计图、零件图，液压原理图，PLC控制顺序功能图、梯形图以及主要零部件的选择。设计出的设备有结构简易、维护方便、成本较低、设备可控性高、节约人工等优点。 关键词：自动装料；插棍；PLC控制 Abstract The design of the integrated use of mechanical design, hydraulic design, mechanical and electrical design and PLC Transmission knowledge.Design a set of automatically inserted to complete a small stick institutions automatically loading.In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers to improve working hours, workload units,Of the food industry in ice cream stick ice cream production in the auto-loading, transport, loading, and control this part of the design of devices .Mainly related to the design of ice-cream stick into the mold when the mechanical transmission system, hydraulic system and PLC control system.The ultimate goal would be to auto-complete will be ice-cream stick package insert mold process:Used conveyor belt will be sent to the designated location of mold; from the bottom of the hydraulic device to be raised at the sub-feeder; re-use conveyor belt to ice-cream sticks to the orderly arrangement of the transport, ice-cream stick through excessive transport gear to be on another conveyor belt, when the transmission enough to stop on when the ice-cream stick materials; conveyor belt on both sides of the hydraulic device driven plate onto the ice-cream stick into the sub-feeder after the recovery, ice-cream sticks and orderly through the sub-feeder plug into the bottom of the mold; loaded mold stick down through the hydraulic device to return to the conveyor belt, and was removed.Design includes CAD design drawings, part drawings, hydraulic schematics, PLC con
