教育对健康的影响分析摘要 教育对健康的影响分析 摘要 我国正经历经济转轨、社会转型和文化转变的深刻变革，同时也正在经历人 口快速老龄化导致的从年轻社会到老龄社会的急剧转变，我国延迟退休年龄的方 案正在进程中，劳动力的健康状况会影响我国的劳动力市场和社会经济发展，中 老年人的健康状况成为社会关注的热点。教育与健康作为两项重要的人力资本， 两者存在显著的相关性。在此背景下，研究教育与健康之间的因果关系，以及教 育对健康影响的机制具有重要意义。 本文从教育和健康的关系入手，回顾了国际与国内对教育与健康两者因果关 系的相关研究，并提出了本文的研究视角。本文使用我国中老年人的最新样本， 分性别和城乡分析了受教育程度对中老年人健康状况的影响，使用工具变量法对 模型进行了检验，此外使用了二值离散模型对结果进行了对比分析。本文实证部 分还分析了教育对健康影响的路径效应。在进行实证分析时，本文同时使用客观 的身体状况指标和主观的健康综合指标对中老年人健康进行了衡量。 本文的实证结果表明：(1)教育对健康具有显著影响，教育能够提高中老年 人的躯体健康状况和自评健康状况。表明教育对健康的保护作用会持续存在，教 育会给人带来持续一生的“健康红利”。(2)城乡之间中老年人健康状况存在不平 等。受教育程度对于农村中老年人的自评健康状况的促进作用更明显。(3)教育 影响了中老年人的生活方式和健康行为，并且教育通过此类路径变量对中老年人 的健康状况产生了影响。 针对全文的论述，本文提出以下政策建议：(1)增加教育投入，通过实现教 育机会公平的方式促进健康的平等。(2)建议有关部门通过健康干预政策提升中 老年人健康水平，把疾病预防知识，健康的生活方式和积极的行为习惯以健康教 育的形式传递给中老年人。 关键词：教育；健康；中老年人i路径分析 II 万方数据 硕士学位论文Ab 硕士学位论文 Ab stract China is experiencing huge economic transformation，social transformation and profound cultural changes．Due to rapid population aging，China is also transforming from a young society to an aging society．The coming act of delaying retirement is in progress．while the health of workforce will affect China’S labor market and socio—economic development．As a result，the health of the elderly has become the focus of attention．As two important forms of human capital，there is a significant relationship between education and health．Under this background，the study about the causal relationship between education and health，as well as the mechanisms how education affect health，is very significant． Starting from the relationship between education and health，this paper reviews the international and domestic researches on the causal relationship between health and education，and puts forward the perspective in the first part of this article．This paper analyzes the relationship between education and health grouped by gender and rural-urban by using the latest sample of the elderly．In this paper，we test the model by using IV methods．Meanwhile，this paper also uses probit model to compare with the results
