土地流转与农民收入 ——基于襄阳市周边农村的调查研究 湖北文理学院 高明月 （1．湖北文理学院数学与统计学院，湖北省襄阳市 邮编 441053） 农村经济与科技2017 年第28 卷第21 期（总第425 期） 王成勇 教授 中文摘要：通过走访湖北省襄阳市周边农村获取入户调查数据，运用Logit 模型对土地流转的现状及其影响因素进行实 证分析，探讨了土地流转对农户的增收效应。研究结果表明，土地流转对农民增收具有显著的正向影响，年龄、学历、土地 总量、土地已流出时间、土地流出补偿形式、流转前后收入变化对农户土地流转行为的发生具有显著正向影响；农户周围存 在的土地流转现象、每千平方米的年纯收入对农户土地流转行为的发生具有显著负向影响。此外，调查结果显示，土地租出 户主要以委托耕种的方式流出土地，外出务工、非农收入是获取家庭收入的主要途径；集约化生产、规模经营、经济作物种 植是农户租入土地获得收益的主要形式。 英文摘要：By visiting the villages around Xiangyang City in Hubei Province to obtain household survey data, the Logit model was used to analyze the current situation of land circulation and its influencing factors, and the effect of land circulation on the increase of household income was discussed. The research results show that land transfer has a significant positive influence on the increase of farmers income. Age, education, total amount of land, time of land outflow, compensation form of land outflow, and income change before and after land transfer have a significant positive influence on the occurrence of farmers land transfer behavior. The phenomenon of land circulation around farmers and annual net income per thousand square meters have significant negative influence on the occurrence of land circulation behavior of farmers. In addition, the survey results showed that the land lease out households mainly used the way of entrusted farming to drain the land.
