摘要 上世纪90年代我国的医药流通体制的改革起步,2004年我国向外资开放了医药流通领域，医药流通领域现在已经进入关键的时期,国外的很多跨国医药公司纷纷进入中国市场。而目前在医药流通行业中，无论是制药企业还是流通企业,在企业规模、技术创新和企业管理方面都与跨国企业有着巨大的差距。中国的医药企业要想生存，就必须建立、完善医药物流配送体系,提高自己的竞争力。 本文采用理论联系实际的方法,首先阐述了医药物流物流的内涵和物流管理理论与医药物流的关系，并分析了成都九州医药有限公司的物流配送现状以及存在的问题。并且提出了九州医药物流的发展策略，具体阐述了在当前的我国医药流通环境下，成都九州医药公司如何如何根据自身的特点来发展医药物流体系。 本文创新之处通过借鉴国外医药行业物流配送成功经验提出了成都九州医药的企业物流发展的对策、措施和建议。通过来探讨如何利用现代化的技术手段,建立医药电子商务物流发展模型。 关键词：医药流通物流配送发展模型 ABSTRACT Chinaspharmaceuticaldistributionsystemreformstartedinthe1990s,,Chinaopentoforeigninvestmentin2004thefieldofpharmaceuticaldistribution,pharmaceuticaldistributionfieldhasnowenteredacriticalperiod,manyforeignmultinationalpharmaceuticalcompanieshaveenteredtheChinesemarket.Inthepharmaceuticaldistributionindustry,whetheritisapharmaceuticalcompanyorcirculationenterprises,andmultinationalcorporationshaveahugegapinfirmsize,technologicalinnovationandenterprisemanagement.Chinaspharmaceuticalenterprisesinordertosurvive,itmustestablishandperfectthepharmaceuticallogisticsdistributionsystem,toimprovetheircompetitiveness.
