P P S55435 摘要 在世界主要国家从分业经营向混业经营转变的过程中出现了金融业务多元化、 集团化的趋势，各种组织结构的金融集团在世界舞台上精彩纷呈，本文正是对基 于不同组织结构进行分类的金融集团模式进行的探索研究。 金融集团的主要模式有三种：全能银行模式、银行母公司模式、金融控股公 司模式。运用金融控制板模型，经过金融集团的业务价值链和结构分析，我们发 现由于集团内部资源整合的程度不同，不同的金融集团模式获得的协同效应不同， 所面临的风险也不一致，对于行业和国家经济的影响也不一致，但是各种模式的 金融集团没有优劣之分。由于不同的历史状况、文化意识、法律环境、经济水平 和自身的管理水平，不同国家的金融集团采用不同的组织结构，并且会随着内、 外在环境的变化做出相应的调整。在我国，金融集团化经营也同样存在，适当的 金融集团模式是我国当前金融制度变迁动态过程中的很好选择，中国目前正在实 践的金融集团以金融控股公司模式和银行母公司模式为主。 关键词：金融集团、全能银行、银行母公司、金融控股公司、金融集团控制板 分类号：F831 AbstractFinancial Abstract Financial Conglomeration speeds up during the period when separated banking transferring to universal banking in main country．Kinds of financial Conglomerates with different structure exist in the world．This paper is just dedicated to explore the models of financial conglomerates classified by organizational structure． Mestly there are three models of financial conglomerates：universal banking model，bank parent model，and financial holding company model． Employing the financial conglomerates board，the financial conglomerate is explored combining the concept of financial business value chain and the structure factors．Different levels of integrations bring variously potential risks：scale and scope economy．It is hard to say which type of financial conglomerate model is better or worse．The mainstream model of financial con910merates in a country is affected by the environment factors such as historical state， ideology， economic condition and legal environment．It is adjusted corresponding with the change of environment． Financial conglomerate exists in our country too．The proper model of financial conglomerate is a good choose at present．Most of the financial conglomerates are adopted the financial holding company model and bank parent model． Keywords：financial conglomerate，universal banking，bank parent model financial holding company，the financial con910merates control board 第一章 第一章 导言 一、研究背景 在金融自由化、国际化浪潮的强烈冲击下，世界主要国家纷纷放弃分业经营， 以格拉斯一斯蒂格尔法1为标志的金融防火墙像多米诺骨牌般倒下：1986年10 月，英国实施名为“大爆炸”
