i i 摘 要 随着我国高等教育成本分担制度的实施以及谁投资谁受益原则的推广，政府、 企业和家庭都成为高等教育成本的分担者，承担高等教育的费用支出也越来越被人 们认可。有投资就要有收益，与此同时，人们对教育收益的关注程度也越来越高。 特别是对于费用承担能力较低的低收入群体和农村家庭来说，教育投资的收益很 高，他们对教育所抱有的期望也要更大一些。教育收益能否如愿取得，对他们来说 具有更为重要的意义。进入 21 世纪以来，面临着社会环境、经济环境的巨大变化， 我国的教育发展又有哪些新的机遇和挑战呢？特别是对我国这样一个农业大国来 说，农村家庭又面临怎样的教育问题？不论从教育发展的角度来讲还是从整个国家 持续稳定的发展来说，对农村教育问题的重视都将是学术界更为关注的焦点。 本文以我国广大农村家庭的高等教育收益为研究点，通过剖析近年来农村家庭 高等教育收益的现实表现，结合教育经济学、管理学、统计学等相关理论，从教育 公平、城乡二元结构体制、社会和谐发展等角度，运用理论研究和实证分析相结合 的方法，对目前我国农村家庭的教育收益的现状、影响因素、收益下降将会导致的 问题等进行了详细的阐述和分析，并在此基础上提出改善农村家庭高等教育收益的 相关对策。 本文主要研究内容：1.分析研究农村家庭高等教育收益的重要性；2.运用教育 成本收益分析法中的净现值法分析目前我国教育收益的实际状况；3.分析高等教育 收益下降会产生的影响；4.通过数据及城乡的比较分析影响家庭教育收益的因素并 提出提高教育收益的对策建议。 关键词：农村家庭 高等教育收益 教育公平 和谐发展 ii ii Abstract With the implementation of the education cost shares system and the promotion of the principle about who invests who gets, the governments、enterprises and the families become the undertakers of the higher education cost, day by day the phenomenon also approve by the people more and more. The investments must along with the return all the time, at the same time, the degree of the people that attend to the higher education return are getting more and more. Especially to the lower income community and the rural family, the educational investment is an investment of higher return but higher risk, whether the educational return can obtain has a more significant significance to them. Especially to the kind of large agricultural nation about our country, the farmers account the majority population for the country, valuing the education development about rural will promote the educations development and the continues stable development of the entire country, so the problem will become the focus point which the academic circle pays more attention.
