卢献庆：近似算子的合成与模糊环境下的粗糙集代数摘要 卢献庆：近似算子的合成与模糊环境下的粗糙集代数 摘要 粗糙集理论是20世纪80年代初由波兰数学家Pawlak提出的一种用于数据分析的数学 理论．二十多年来，粗糙集理论的研究逐步深入，并已在机器学习、模式识别、决策分析、 过程控制、数据库知识发现、专家系统等领域获得了成功应用．粗糙集理论中有一对从近似 空间导出的非数值型算子：上近似算子与下近似算子，这一对近似算子是整个粗糙集理论与 应用的基础．本文对上、下近似算子的合成与模糊环境下的粗糙集代数进行了深入的研究， 主要结果如下： 首先，对诸如串行关系、逆串行关系、自反关系、对称关系、传递关系、欧几里得关 系、等价关系等特殊类型的经典(模糊)二元关系的特征进行了刻画，讨论了这些经典(模 糊)特殊类型二元关系之间的相互联系．定义了近似算子的合成和近似空间的合成，给出了 粗糙近似算子的一些性质．证明了无论在经典还是模糊环境下，由两个二元关系复合后生成 的近似空间所导出的近似算子与这两个二元关系各自生成的近似空间所导出的近似算子复合 后的近似算子是相等的． 其次，给出了粗糙模糊近似算子与模糊粗糙近似算子的一些性质，讨论了粗糙模糊近似 算子的合成与模糊粗糙近似算子的合成，得到了两个重要的结论：两个粗糙模糊(模糊粗 糙)近似算子的复合与原近似空间复合后导出的近似算子相等． 最后，用公理化方式定义了抽象的模糊粗糙近似算子和抽象的粗糙模糊近似算子及其导 出的粗糙集代数系统．给出了各种特殊类型的模糊粗糙近似算子和粗糙模糊近似算子的性 质，说明了各类粗糙集代数系统所具有的特性反过来可以刻画对应的近似空间中二元关系的 性质．讨论了模糊粗糙集代数和粗糙模糊集代数与其在算子复合意义下生成的系统之间的关 系，证明了在模糊环境下各类粗糙集代数系统在算子复合意义下导出的各类系统继承了原来 粗糙集代数系统的性质． 关键词：二元关系，近似算子，算子合成，粗糙集代数，模糊粗糙集，粗糙模糊集 扬州大学硕士论文 扬州大学硕士论文 2 一 Abstract Rough set theory，proposed by Pawlak of Poland in the early 1 980s，is mathematical theory for reasoning about data．With more than twenty years’development,rough set theory has been found to receive deep study and have very successful applications in the fields of artificial intelligence such machine learning,pattem recognition,decision analysis，process control，knowledge discovery in databases，and expert systems．Rough set theory has pair of non-numerical upper and lower approximation operators induced from approximation spaces． Both approximation operators the basic of the rough set theory and its applications．This thesis will study further compositions of approximation operators and rough set algebras of fuzzy settings．Main results are presented follows： Firstly，characterizations of various types of special crisp or fuzzy binary relations which respectively serial，inverse serial，reflexive，symmetric，transitive，Euclidean and equivalent are given．Relationships of above mentioned relations are discussed．Compositions of approximation spaces and of approximation operators are defined．Characteristics and properties of
