AB AB STRACT Yinzhou has always been famous for the atmosphere of donations for public benefit and more and more modem people of Yinzhou engaged in philanthropy．The philanthropy engaged in by modem Yinzhou people has high staff participation；it combined not only diversity with orientation，but also traditional type and modem type regarding content， and realized the transition to charity at this stage；it takes on new characteristics of strong spatial interaction and wide range of network extension in the scope of space；and the charitarian with Yinzhou nationals regarding Shen Dunhe as outstandi
